In October of 2006, with the help of Rhonda Jaye, we found the “perfect place” on Lake Martin . Earlier in the year, we decided that our Sea Ray at the Ridge Marina was too cramped for our family and it was time to find a “place” on the water.

We wanted a good view and year around water at an entry level price- no easy task!

Rhonda was informative, patient, and persistent as we looked at many places during many trips.

With her help, we finally found a cabin that fit our needs, made an offer, and had the deal closed in about four weeks.
